Recently I was contacted by someone from USA Today asking if I'd be interested in having them review an Advanced Reader Copy of Devotedly His and also being interviewed. Apparently they are working on something new there though I don't have all the details yet.
So off the ARC went for the review and now I wait for the interview questions. I'll advise if/as I get more details. Pretty cool, I thought.
I've managed to get 4,000 words done on Eternally His so that's a step in the right direction. I'm combining two ideas with this story. My friend, Shayne, had asked me to write a rock star story (with a sort of Adam Lambert type) so that's one of my vampire heroes. This story is not a warm fuzzy story though or it won't be. Fair warning for the future when it's released sometime in 2012.
Oh, how intriguing about USA Today!
ReplyDeleteWow! USA Today? That's great, Shawn:) Congratulations! Sexy vamps who are rockstars sounds pretty great too!
ReplyDeleteYep got my interview questions today and I know from the reviewer that she really enjoyed Devotedly His, so it's all good, :)
ReplyDeleteI'm excited about my rocker vamp and his protective ex-warrior boyfriend. I wish it could go a little faster but I have to remind myself I am NOT in a race!
