Recently, my bff has been whispering ideas in my ear. Well, the equivalent of that anyway. I want to smack him because as most of you know I don’t need any more ideas. Yet, the worse part is the idea he suggests is intriguing to me.
I think there are some people in my life I care about more than they care about me.
You can write the best book you’ve ever written with the greatest characters you’ve ever imagined that receives all kinds of sales and compliments and fans and there will still be someone out there who thinks you suck.
Car alarms going off at 2AM make me want to murder someone.
It’s fun to be writing angst again. Yep, I said it.
Mean people suck.
There’s nothing you can know that isn’t known.

ReplyDelete2. I understand feeling like you care about some people more than they care about you. That's a feeling that I've struggled with all my life. It's really hard to accept that the people we think are special and important might not view us in the same way.
3. I'm sure it hurts when people don't appreciate something you've poured your heart and soul into. Just remember that as long as you are happy with what you've done, then their opinions don't matter. (Besides, we all know that they are the ones who suck.)
4. I'll lend you my baseball bat for the next time you hear that alarm.
5. I can understand how it would be fun to write angst. I enjoy reading it because it's cathartic. I guess writing it is even more of a release.
