Books Cover Art
I got my cover art for all three books and they look great. I'm very excited. I did my edits on both Duke books and things are moving right along.

Vague Notions and Inspirations
Two things which I have thought of lately.
I have decided to write another short story involving a m/m romance. Not sure entirely where I am going with it or how long it will take me. Really I have only the bare bones and vague notions at this point. But I enjoyed writing the other two I completed and I love reading them myself. The market, at least as far as epublishers are concerned, is ripe for them now.
The other thing is that a very good writing friend of mine has just had the most exciting thing happen. Okay, second most exciting thing (writing-wise), the first being a big multi-published deal. She's had her full out to a couple of agents and they both have offered to represent her. Honestly I knew she was there and had wanted her to begin the querying process so I couldn't be more thrilled. Both offers come from up and coming agents with established agencies and they are making sales. What a wonderful and thrilling position to be in. While of course I am excited beyond belief for her I also cannot resist the tiniest bit of envy for her position.
Which leads me to what I have decided. No more procrastination on the re-writes of my medieval paranormal romance, Sinful. I must begin working on it so I can begin my own processes of finding an agent to sell my books for me. As Sinful is the first in a 3 related books (and I believe the second one may already be on its way to being better, Redemption), I really need to get cracking.
My friend's circumstances serve as wonderful inspiration!

Still waiting for another round of edits from Wild Rose Press before I will know the release date for A Man Not Her Own.

Publisher Progress
I have appeared on the coming soon page of my publisher, Wild Rose Press. Pretty cool. It is now on the Coming Soon Page with my blurb under the English Tea Rose Line. This is for A Man Not Her Own.
Everything seemed a go on Duke's Project with Cerridwen Press as well and I may even get a release date in the next couple of weeks for the digital release.

One Down, One to Go
So I finished the edits on one of the books and now I have to choose the blurb and excerpt on that one. I also need to do the edits on the other one. So I am getting through it.
Looking forward to hearing about my short stories. Won't know until March though. And really looking forward to getting back to work on Sinful. But we will see when I can get to that. February maybe?

Two Books to Edit
The problem with selling 3 books pretty close together is you run the risk of getting your edits on more than one book at a time. This is what is happening to me. So things are a bit crazy! I have to have both done this month

Happy New Year
Finished both of my short stories for the Amber Quill Contest and sent them off today. So that bit is over for now and I wait until March to find out how I did. Regardless of the results I am very proud of both stories and will definitely send them elsewhere if they do not make the Amber contest.
Now on to edits for A Man Not Her Own.
